OOPS! REGISTRATION for the winter futsal season officially OPENED YESTERDAY but the announcement is coming today. Nonetheless, many are already preparing. Youth are playing in a fall season youth academy, adults are playing pickup games and hour-long sessions of futsal games for youth are available on the new futsal courts at the new Johnson Legacy Center. A fall futsal tournament for youth on Halloween is also planned (see www.nafutsal.com/more/Tournaments), which can be both fun and kick-start your winter season of games.
So, registration is now open for the 8th winter season of North Alabama FUTSAL and this time on permanent, standard lined, softer-than-wood futsal courts, with no confusing lines from superimposed basketball courts – just futsal lines as clear as can be and in the standard 1:2 aspect ratio (55 feet by 110 feet long). There are volleyball courts too, but they are unnoticeable.

Youth will be playing on Friday nights

Adults will be playing on Sunday afternoons, with a few Wednesday night games.

All games will be at the new Johnson Legacy Center.
TEAM COACHES / CAPTAINS / MANAGERS Kick-off Meeting was planned for today, but due to the continuing pandemic there will be no in-person, closed room, formal meeting. Instead, drop by the new Johnson Legacy Center (JLC) in their spacious lobby anytime between 6:00 and 7:00 PM and the league’s President will be there to entertain questions and help with registration. Face masks are required to enter the JLC.
